Selection and Employment
Our company makes his human resources selection in the line with our business plans through directly job applications, consulting firms and newspaper advertisements. For some positions, the applicants are subjected to psychometric tests.
Orientation Program
Orientation programs are organized in order to ensure within the shortest time the accommodation of the newly hired staff and to transfer the culture, organizational structure and process of our company.
Performance Assessment
At the end of each year, the employee will determine with his superior the business goals of the future year and elaborate his/her personal development plans via Personal Performance Assessment system. The results of this assessment are then reflected to the determination of his/her salary, career and training plan.
